Hello Neighbors,

 

Please be aware of the new plants and landscaping around your unit. We are asking for you to pay close attention to the health of these plants and to water them as needed. We do not have the funds to replace any plants that die because lack of watering. Since we do not have an irrigation system, it is important that every homeowner or renter help to keep our landscaping alive.

 

Also note we need you to also share in the care of the plants by your mail boxes and our lawns.

Our goal is to make Chamalé Cove the best it can be for all of us. Please help! If you have any questions concerning this please feel free to call or e-mail me.
